As a nonprofit leader, are you running in place or setting the pace for your organization?  Whether you’re a newly-minted leader, or a longtime executive guiding organizational change, The Solvent Group helps you navigate the pathway ahead. Working together, we bring clarity and accountability to your objectives, help you identify and overcome obstacles, and give you the tools to drive transformational change within your organization–and in your community at large. Executive Coaching is often paired with Retained Fund Development Services to maximize organizational impact.

Our scope of support is customized to an organization’s needs, but may include:

  • Fundraising strategy

  • Major gift support (moves management, donor engagement, appeal development/segmentation, and development plan creation)

  • Board training

  • Capacity development

  • Change management

  • Succession planning

What this looks like:

Every organization, like every leader, has strengths and challenges unique to who they are. You’ll work one-on-one on a biweekly or monthly basis with a strategic consultant who understands the challenges and opportunities on the horizon, because they’ve walked in your shoes–and moved their organizations ahead. We will craft a timeline and cadence specific to your needs.

Solvent Clients Speak:

“The Solvent Group was exactly what our nonprofit needed. The case for support document the team created will be a useful tool for years to come. As executive director, I benefited from the one-on-one coaching from Christie. It was nice to have someone provide a step-by-step process of obtaining more donations and keep me accountable. You won’t regret hiring The Solvent Group, they’ve been an extremely valuable addition to our team, and I only wish I would have hired them sooner!”
